The international academy

The International Academy offers summer sessions with a variety of goals: acquisition of the levels B2 to C2 in French, improving academic skills and language for academic purposes, learning about campus life, understanding intercultural adaptation, learning about the national and regional cultures in France, discovering the Hauts-de-France.

The academy also offers logistic and administrative help aid and facilitates integration into academic life at the university.

The academy is organized by the International Relations Department, the teachers of French as a foreign language and other instructors from the  different disciplines connected to COMUE Communauté des Université Lille Nord de France.

The academy is put in place in collaboration with the Scolarité service and the CROUS under the direction of   course supervisors and teachers of the different specialities. The wide range of domains involved in its organization guarantees the quality and pertinence of the program.

All programs include the following: 12 integrated modules, 8 in general French, academic French and French for specific purposes and 4 in culture and intercultural communication.
